Water Awareness in Central Pennsylvania Schools

Students enrolled in MAGPI schools in Central Pennsylvania will be given the opportunity to learn about the World Water Crisis and to participate in creating a water action plan. Targeting toward students in grades 9 -12, the program includes a videoconference kickoff on October 24, 2008 and presentations for What We Did on March 20, 2009, just in time for World Water Day 2009. You can see their program plans here and read a description here.

What an awesome learning opportunity they are providing for their students! Well done, Central Pennsylvania! If you’re interested in doing something similar where you live, contact us at Water Brings Life and we will help you get your project under way.
